About Me
Naomi has worked with Holley Nethercote since 2002, providing advice in the areas of: business purchases and sales; contracts; employment and workplace relations; franchising; financial services; leasing; licencing and services agreements; privacy; and trade practices. She also has expertise in intellectual property.
One of Naomi’s key clients is a national franchisor, with whom she works closely to assist them with their Franchising Code compliance. Moreover, she’s been employed by several companies to create and implement trade practices compliance programs, and assists a number of these clients on an ongoing basis by chairing their monthly Compliance Committee meetings.
Naomi also presents trade practices training courses, and advises in relation to product safety and mandatory information and safety standards. In addition, she provides advice on anti-money laundering obligations, and has prepared tailored anti-money laundering programs for a number of clients.
