About Me
Catherine is Executive Assistant to Grant Holley, Tim Nethercote and Paul Derham. In addition to providing personal assistance to the firm’s partners, she is also involved with coordinating training and compliance courses run by Compact.
Prior to joining Holley Nethercote and Compact in 2009, Catherine was PA to Mercer’s investment consulting management team, as well training coordinator for the region.
Catherine has more than 8 years’ experience as a PA with various organisations in both Australia and England. She relocated to Australia from the UK in December 2005.

Being half English, half Chilean, Catherine has spent considerable time living abroad such as Hong Kong, Chile and the UK, and continues to enjoy travelling. However, nowadays, you can mainly catch her chilling with her partner Brett and 3 cats in her spare time, listening to live music, catching up with friends and watching a good movie or two. |
