Naomi has a Law/Arts degree from Monash University.
Naomi has worked with Holley Nethercote since 2002.
Naomi provides commercial advice, in the areas of employment, occupational health and safety, leasing, franchising, financial services and privacy. She also works in the trade practices and intellectual property areas.
One of Naomi’s clients is a national franchisor. Naomi works closely with the franchisor, assisting them with complying with the Franchising Code.
Naomi has worked with several companies to create and implement trade practices compliance programs, and also assists some clients on an on-going basis, by chairing their monthly Compliance Committee meetings.
Recently, Naomi has also prepared and presented several trade practices training courses, and has also advised several clients in relation to product safety and mandatory information and safety standards.
Naomi also provides advice on anti-money laundering obligations, and has also prepared tailored anti-money laundering programs for clients.
Outside of work, Naomi lives with her husband and 3 children, and her interests include travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
