FURTHER Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) Reforms Mindmap

7 December 2011

As promised in one of our previous blog posts, we have looked at the remaining FOFA reforms and have produced a Mindmap outlining five areas of relevance:

  • Conflicts of Interest
  • Best Interests Obligations
  • Volume-based Shelf-space Fees
  • Asset-based Fees; and
  • Remuneration and Benefits.

The reforms were introduced into parliament on 24/11/11 and are currently tracking through the House of Representatives.

We will continue to provide you with specific Mindmaps on the FOFA reforms as more information and analysis comes to hand.

Our blog posts and Mindmaps on earlier stages of the reforms can be found here.
